On Monday 4th November 2019 it was a wet and windy Gateshead evening outside when the Deputy Provincial Grand Master David Hanson made an official visit to Industry Lodge of Mark Master Masons.
Once the lodge was opened the brethren were treated to an excellent ceremony. Gordon Sloan who travels from Lancaster was advanced into the Magic of the Mark.
In the second rising, David congratulated all who took part in the ceremony and welcomed Gordon into Mark Masonry.
Another highlight of the evening was seeing Alan Shaftoe joining the lodge. Once the lodge was closed the brethren retired to the festive board where the friendship and fellowship was of the highest order. It was an excellent night for Industry Mark with 2 new members.
